The Guarantee: If you are not 100% satisfied after completing a 30-day intensive, you may request a full refund.
Eligibility Requirements: To qualify for this refund, you must demonstrate active engagement and commitment to the process:
- Full Attendance: You attended every scheduled live coaching call.
- Active Implementation: You completed the agreed-upon work, homework, and action steps outlined in our initial discovery session and contract.
- Timely Request: The refund request is submitted in writing to ski@misterproductivity.com within 7 days of the intensive’s conclusion.
- Written Reflection: You provide a detailed reflection explaining that despite showing up fully and doing the work, the outcomes did not meet your expectations.
Mark reserves the right to verify attendance records and completion status before approving any refund. This guarantee is intended for clients who genuinely engaged in the process; it is not for those who did not participate.
