Complaining shouldn’t be on your calendar.

Seriously. I watch people transition from Tigger to Eeyore, and suddenly everything feels heavy. Eeyore’s voice in your head sounds like: “It’s never gonna work out. Never gonna get another job. Never gonna find time for myself.”

What does that do? It ties you up in knots. It makes you unhappy. And here’s the truth I’ve learned after years of coaching: happy people are productive people.

Not the other way around.

When you take care of yourself mentally, spiritually, and physically, you wake up ready for the day. You’re happy about every blessing you have. And you know what happens then? You become magnetic. You draw the right people to you.

Nobody wants to hang around an Eeyore. Nobody wants to partner with constant negativity.

Now, I’m not saying you have to be Tigger like me. Maybe you’re more Winnie the Pooh (just wear pants!). Or Christopher Robin. That works too. But you’ve got to have a positive attitude.

Here’s where most people miss it: you can’t have a positive attitude if you’re abusing your body.

Smoking a lot, drinking too much, getting high—it’s not sustainable for the long term. Your mindset and your body are connected. Take care of one, and you protect the other.

So here’s the question: Are you feeding the Tigger or the Eeyore inside you?

Pick one thing this week that honors your mental, spiritual, and physical health. Just one.
